An email response will be available within 12-48 hours with a price quote.
If you are inquiring about a custom design, please email your design ideas and any inspirational photos/pegs you may have. 
Please provide information such as quantity and when it is needed.

Step 2 :
Once your information form has been received, you will then be sent an invoice.
The breakdown of charges will be specified in the invoice along with the details for bank deposit.
50% of the total amount is required to confirm your order, the remaining 50% balance is due before your order is shipped out.

Step 3:
A design draft will be sent to you within 7 working days. (This may be subject to change depending on the load of projects at hand at the time you place an order).
Once the design draft is approved, your order will be lined up for production, this may take 2 to 4 weeks, also subject to adjustment depending on the load of pending orders at hand.

Payment Options:
Bank deposit/Online transfer
- For payments within the Philippines: Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) bank deposit
- For payments within the USA/Canada: Bank of America ATM deposit only OR online transfer.
Teller transactions have an additional $8.95 fee.  Wire transfers have an additional $15 fee.
You may refer to the invoice for the account details.

Minimum order requirement:
The minimum order required is 20pcs.
If ordering less than the minimum quantity required, just add 500php or $15.

Lead time:
The regular lead time for invitation order is at least 1.5 months from the date of order confirmation (down payment) to shipping.
If needed less than 1.5 months upon order confirmation, this will be considered a rush order.
Delayed order confirmation/down payment resulting to the lead time being cut short to less than 1.5 months will also be considered rush order. 

Rush Orders:
Rush orders may be accepted as our schedule permits.

There is a 15%-20% surcharge on top of the order total for rush orders.

Domestic orders (within the Philippines) are shipped via PhilFox Courier or Xend Express.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.  You are welcome to indicate your preferred courier, if there is any.
A tracking number will be sent to you once the package is shipped.
All shipping charges will be paid by the customer, this is included in the invoice.
Once items have been picked up by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered items.  It is your responsibility to request insurance for your items.

Additional orders:
We suggest ordering at least 5% more than you think you’ll need.
This needs to be done at the initial invitation order.
Once an order has been completed, additional invitations will be produced in increments of 10 and the price may vary.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All invitation projects are made to order. In the event of a cancellation, we may not be able to make a refund since materials are purchased upon a confirmed order.
